Please note the following:
· We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased during sales or any promotional activities. However, before the order is shipped, you can request a refund at any time if there are any issues (e.g. incorrect information, change of mind, etc.).
· Due to customer error, we typically do not accept refunds or exchanges for situations such as:
· Incorrect selection of model, design, color, etc;
· Failure to carefully preview options to ensure correct settings. Therefore, please carefully review your order before checkout to ensure your order is correct.
Please note that this policy only applies to replacement/refund requests, which are valid for 15 days from the date you receive the product. Unfortunately, if you receive the product beyond 15 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
We will not offer exchanges or full refunds unless you receive items with significant problems, for example:
· Products received are different from what you ordered;
· Products are damaged due to our factory or carrier's fault.
To file a claim, please send an email to service@joytoy.com and include the following information (required):
· Order number;
· Video/photo of the defective product;
· Full delivery address;
· Contact phone number.
Our support team will review the video/photo of the defective product you sent. If your product meets the criteria, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.
Refunds: will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.
If you choose to return the product without our customer support team and the order does not meet all of our requirements, we will not issue a refund and will notify you via email with instructions on how to proceed.
Please allow for a 10% difference between the advertised image and the actual product you receive, as sometimes the color of the advertised image may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting during the photo shoot or display on the monitor.
